We support as needed in the roles: BIM Consultant, BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator. We create your BIM roadmap towards digitalized planning, execution, and especially the digital operation of your facilities.

Within a BTS project our client does not have a contractual relationship with the contractors - most likely not even with the designers. Therefore it is mandatory to have a solid design brief, clear interfaces, a solid agreement with the developer and landlord, and still also a close look at the quality. Our team has vast experience with this delivery method and is aware of the communication channels to drive the project forward with the intended qualities.
